Enhancing Diversity and fighting against Discrimination

The Di&Di project is currently in its experimentation phase. During the first year of the project, the partners have completed common frames for the mentoring and the training programs. 2015's first semester is dedicated to the experimentation of these programs in the 5 countries involved in the project: each partner adapted the common frames to its own national context and defined its mobilisation strategy to reach the targets of the experimentation sessions (young graduated and low-qualified women with a migration background for the training, professionals working with migrants or of the employment field for the mentoring). Through appropriate monitoring tools and regular updates, the european partners can compare specificities and difficulties faced in each country and exchange on possible solutions to common challenges, for instance how to deal with the difficulties linked to national language understanding by the learners, to their family obligations, or to the limited availability of professional tutors.

After this experimentation phase, national experimentation reports and an European synthesis will be written by the partners and made available on this website. The last months of the project will be dedicated to the dissemination and the capitalization of the DI&Di approach and results, which will be gathered in a final publication, presented in each country on October 2015.
