Enhancing Diversity and fighting against Discrimination

In the framework of its support to the member countries in responding the refugee crisis, the OECD Leed Programme is organising a roundtable to extract what local authorities and other actors know works, what the new scenario is demanding and how equipped they are to respond.

The European steering committee "From discrimination to valuation of diversity in the job market: hopes, reality, challenges" is organised by ECAP Foundation with participation and contributions from all the European partners of the project. Dans le cadre de la 5ème édition des Défis Mecenova. IMS-Entreprendre pour la Cité propose un Café Coaching à Paris le 11 juin prochain.

Plusieurs sessions d’échanges (une le matin et une l’après -midi) d’une trentaine de minutes seront organisées entre professionnels de différentes entreprises et jeunes à la recherche d’un emploi, d’un stage ou d’une alternance lors de simulations d’entretien qui auront lieu en français ou en anglais (en fonction des souhaits des candidats). Les professionnels aideront les participants à optimiser leurs candidatures et leurs démarches de recherche d'emploi ou de stage.

In Germany, a round table is organized on what makes – or hinders – societal success among the second generation of turkish immigrants, based on a recently published study.
