Enhancing Diversity and fighting against Discrimination

The 5th newsletter of the Di&Di project was written by the Swiss partner, ECAP, with contributions from all the other partners. It summarises the main topics discussed during the last European meeting, held in Zurich on October 2015. The main one was the project's perennisation, starting from the results of the experimentation processes in each country as well as at the European level. Thanks to an appropriate methodology developed by the German partner, Bildungsmarkt ev, the partners could start from an evaluation approach to define work trails for the future of Di&Di. During the European meeting in Zurich, a steering committee gathering Swiss stakeholders was organised by ECAP. The 6 partners of the project discussed the issues of discrimination and diversity in the labour market with experts of trade unions and of the federal government, which allowed to link the results of Di&Di's approach to the specificities of the Swiss context.
