The Di&Di project aims at proposing both an educational session for two specific target groups (qualified youths and low-qualified women, both with migratory backgrounds), and a mentoring session for people in charge of professional orientation and employment for these specific target groups.

These sessions aim to :
  • Enhance competencies, while raising awareness on discrimination risks in professional path and accessing ;

  • Address different specific target groups with different profiles, youngsters and low qualified women with a migratory background, who have in common a lack of effective professional experience ;

  • Include actors of employment (recruiters and labor organisations) involved in the promotion of diversity in the labor market.

The main innovations of the Di & Di project are: to directly address people with a migratory heritage in order to support them in the labour market focusing on two specific target groups (qualified youths and low-qualified women); to propose a tailor-made training for these special target groups in order to encourage considering a professional future; to identify skills and competences and to open their perspectives for employment or new professional careers.

Another important innovation consists in proposing a mentoring programme to connect professionals working with the target groups and potential recruiters.
